Western Oral Medicine Group is a specialist oral medicine practice in Kalamunda and Mount Lawley.
Our Oral Medicine Specialist, Dr Janina Christoforou, has been trained in Western Australia.
She is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and a Fellow of the Oral Medicine Academy of Australasia.
Dr Christoforou devotes time to teaching and research as an adjunct senior lecturer and research fellow at the University of Western Australia. She has consultant positions at Perth Childrens Hospital and Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and she also volunteers her time working with organisations to provide oral medicine services to those disadvantaged in the community.
Her special interests include prevention and management of oral cancer and its sequelae, mucosal diseases and orofacial pain.
